「人民法院報」の報道によると、中国初の知識産権法院である北京知識産権法院は、全国の知識産権法院の中で受理件数が最も多く、専属管轄と集中管轄の内容が最も充実している。設立してからこれまでに審理した各種の 知財事件は約16万件、年平均増加率は20％に達している。
この中で、技術関連事件は全体の約2割を占める。事件の関わった技術分野を見れば、次世代情報技術やバイオテクノロジー、新エネルギー、新素材などの戦略的新興産業が含まれている。
上海知識産権法院は成立して以来、全国初となる新しい技術や産業、新しいビジネスモデルに関連する知財事件を数多く審理し、そのうち18件が最高人民法院の指導的判例、公報判例、10大知財事件と50の典型的知財判例に入選した。
